Return & Exchange Policy

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase/delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, with tags/labels attached.
• Used or opened products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Customers must bring the product to our shop for return or exchange. No pickup service is available.
• The original delivery charge is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Approved refunds for online purchases will be made via bank transfer.
• This policy applies to purchases made within Kuwait only.
